The person who signs the delivery receipt is the last line of quality control on any site. After that signature, whatever arrived is the project's reality. Most disputes about sariya quality come after signing. Rarely do they get resolved at that point. The bars are in, the truck is gone, and proving a discrepancy is nearly impossible once bars from multiple bundles have been mixed on the ground. These five checks take under fifteen minutes. Check One - Find the Grade Stamp on the Bar Every ISI-marked TMT bar carries identification stamped along the rib: the manufacturer's mark, the grade (Fe-500D, Fe-550D, or whichever was ordered), and the BIS certification mark. Pull one bar from the bundle and run your hand along the rib until you find it. It repeats at intervals.
